# Yield Enjoyer
> Stake $SGL purely to earn a share of network revenue — no operations, shortest cooldown, never slashable.
A **Yield Enjoyer** position is the simplest way to participate: stake `$SGL`, earn your share of network revenue, and claim whenever you like. No hardware, no attestations, no operational duties.

## Why pick Yield
* **Passive.** Stake and you're done. Rewards accrue continuously; you just claim.
* **Shortest cooldown.** 12 hours to unwind — the quickest exit of any tier.
* **Zero slashing exposure.** The program has a hard guard: a Yield position **cannot be slashed**, not even by the platform. Your principal can only ever leave the vault back to *you*.
## Earnings
You earn the standard **10% staker share** of network revenue (USDC + \$SGL), pro-rata to your stake — the *same* per-token rate a Compute or Validator position of equal size receives. Tier never changes your reward rate. See [How Rewards Work](/staking/rewards/overview).
Yield Enjoyer is the recommended starting point if you simply want exposure to staking rewards. You can open a Compute or Validator position later if you want to operate or validate.
## Getting started
Open a Yield position with at least 50,000 $SGL via the [dashboard](https://staking.x402layer.cc) or [agentic API](/staking/agentic/overview). Rewards accrue automatically as the network earns revenue. [Claim](/staking/rewards/claiming) your USDC + $SGL anytime — even during a pause.
