# Earnings & Payouts

> How operators get paid — 80% of every request they serve, plus staking rewards, withdrawable on demand.

Operators earn from **real network usage**. There's no fixed salary — you're paid for the work your node actually does.

## How you earn

* **80% of every request you serve.** When your node completes a paid job, the operator share (80% of that job's revenue) accrues to you.
* **Plus staking rewards.** Your bonded $SGL also earns the staker share of network revenue (USDC + $SGL), like any staker.

See the full split on the [Pricing](/cloud/grid/pricing) page.

## Tracking & withdrawing

* Your accrued earnings are visible in the dashboard's **operator** view.
* **Withdraw on demand** — earnings are paid out to your operator wallet when you withdraw.
* Staking rewards are claimed separately via the staking app.

## What affects your earnings

* **Uptime** — more time online and serving = more jobs routed to you.
* **Models served** — serving in-demand models (and models with little competition) means more matched jobs.
* **Performance** — responsive, reliable nodes build reputation and get matched more.
* **Redundancy** — even with competition, more capacity on a popular model means more total throughput.

## Honest operation pays

* Offline/maintenance time isn't penalized — it just means no new jobs while you're down (use off-grid mode for clean maintenance).
* Only **proven tampering** is slashable (see [Staking to operate](/cloud/provide/staking)). Serve honestly and your stake + earnings are safe.
